Teebee's Delivery Policies

Here are some policies we have in place to protect both us and you so be sure and read over all of them. Also by doing business with us you agree to all of these polices and the policies section can change at anytime without notice. Thank you.

Cancellation, Refund & Payment Policies

  1. If you have placed an order with Teebee's and decide you would like to cancel (for payments at the door only by credit, debit or cash) call us immediately because once Teebee's places the order with the business you want products from it cannot be cancelled and must be paid for. No cancellations for over the phone payments because once that is processed the order is made. 
  2. Cash, most major credit cards, debit cards and Paypal (coming soon) are accepted. Credit and debit card payments can be made over the phone or when the driver arrives. All orders over a certain amount may require payments to be done over the phone.
  3. Small delivery charge applies to all orders Teebee's Delivery delivers.
  4. Credit and debit cards must be present for payment at the time of Teebee's delivery. We do not accept just a number in person.
  5. You must be 18 or older to order from Teebee's Delivery with a credit or debit card. This card must be your card too and not the card of someone else.
  6. If you are paying with a credit or debit card at the door the card holder must be present to sign for the sale. This may not be done by someone who is not the card holder. If we feel you are not the cardholder we will ask for ID upon delivery and if you fail to show proof you are the cardholder the sale will be voided.
  7. A small processing fee will be added to any credit, debit or online orders at Teebee's Delivery. This is not a charge we charge but a charge the companies charge us to process things.
  8. Deliveries by Teebee's Delivery to some businesses will have 15% added to the order above the delivery charge and food charge.
  9. Teebee's Delivery drivers only carry change for $20 so there may be times the driver must go get change once receiving payment.
  10. All complaints must go through Teebee's Delivery and not through the restaurant/business.

Products Delivered & Ordering Policies

  1. The order must be placed through Teebee's Delivery via phone or online. Any orders placed with the restaurant/business first are not considered an order placed with us.
  2. Minimum order of $10.00 on every delivery of Teebee's Delivery order.
  3. ​Teebee's is only a means for delivery and we are not responsible for anything like damage, cost or misrepresentation of the product that is delivered.
  4. Teebee's reserves the right to refuse delivery at anytime for any reason.
  5. Teebee's only allows one location to be delivered from per order. If you need more than one location contact us and we will see what we can do.
  6. Teebee's Delivery  is not responsible for any typos or wrong information submitted to us whether it be a product, price, quantity or anything that is ordered online or via phone. We always confirm the order before it is placed to ensure we have the right items ordered.
  7. Teebee's Delivery does not deliver from fast food restaurants regularly but on certain circumstances if we are slow we may deliver from them.
  8. Teebee's Delivery has our own coupons which we will honor but we do not honor any business coupons we deliver from.
  9. Teebee's Delivery online orders require a confirmation call to make sure the order is correct after it is placed. We are not responsible if a wrong number, no number or a typo number is entered in the ordering process. Teebee's Delivery will try 3 times to contact the number you enter and if we get no answer then the order is void.
  10. Teebee's Delivery tries to keep all of our delivery times in between 45 minutes to an hour. This is no guarantee. At times due to weather, restaurant prep times and more the delivery times may vary. Some grocery/retail delivery times may not be delivered until the next day.
  11. Teebee's Delivery reserves the right to lower or raise the price of any product or service at any time without notice and also refuse delivery for any reason.
  12. Teebee's Delivery reserves the right to substitute any product when a restaurant/grocer may run out of an item and if we cannot get in touch with the customer to come up with an alternative.
  13. Some of the restaurants/businesses Teebee's Delivery delivers from have different operation hours than us. We are not responsible for any order placed when they are closed but we are open. Also vice versa if the restaurant/business is open but Teebee's Delivery is closed. We try to work with the hours of all the restaurants/businesses we deliver from but in some cases it just cannot be done.
  14. Teebee's Delivery reserves the right to alter our hours with or without notice at anytime. Just because we are listed online somewhere that we are open we still may be closed.
  15. Online Teebee's Delivery placed orders are not considered placed with us until you receive a confirmation call from us. We are not responsible for lost orders placed but not sent to us from our ordering site.
  16. Teebee's Delivery is not responsible to the size or quantities the restaurants give us once you have received the order.
  17. Some restaurants/businesses that Teebee's Delivery delivers from are not a direct partner of ours. So please do not assume just because we have a certain restaurant/business listed that we are in any way affiliated with them. Teebee's Delivery just provides the delivery of the items our customers order.
  18. Teebee's Delivery is not responsible for any purchases outside of our delivery area for memberships or anything online. We will always try to issue a refund of course but if we cannot contact the buyer then we are not responsible for that either.
  19. Consuming raw or under cooked meats, seafood or eggs, may increase your risk of borne illness and Teebee's Delivery is not liable for any of this.
  20. Teebee's does not delivery alcohol, tobacco or any other age restricted items.

Contest Policies

  1. All Teebee's Delivery contests, giveaways or raffles has the restrictions placed directly where you would enter them.
  2. Teebee's Delivery contests, giveaways or raffles are valid for our delivery area only and through us unless specified otherwise within the contest.
  3. Teebee's Delivery is not responsible for any lost, stolen or expired prizes for any reason.

Membership Policies

  1. Teebee's Delivery Memberships expire at 11 am Eastern time on the day they are set to expire.
  2. Teebee's Delivery Memberships cannot be combined with any deals or coupons unless we are running a specific deal which we allow both to be used. In this case Meal Mechanic will specify this in the deal.
  3. Membership use can be denied at anytime if we feel there is a reason to do so.

Privacy Policies

  1. Teebee's only uses your information to better serve you through our services and we do not reveal, sell or give out any of your information to anyone.

Teebee's reserves the right to change these policies at anytime for any reason.

Misc Policies

  1. Teebee's Delivery is not responsible for any misleading data from any third party site that may have Meal Mechanic listed with the wrong information or if they have information listed we do not have listed here. 
  2. Teebee's Delivery reserves the right to alter the position of any advertising ad, move the ad, delete the ad, alter our advertising prices, or deny an advertising of any business or organization at any time for any reason.
  3. Anytime you order from Teebee's Delivery you agree to all these policies.
