Monday –Wagyu Steak and Foie Gras
Grilled American wagyu sirloin steak topped with a piece of cured foie gras served with choice of potato and local vegetable of the day.
Tuesday – Spanish Sausage
Grilled Spanish morcilla sausage served with sauteed potatoes, vegetable of the day and Romanesco sauce.
Wednesday— Pulled Pork
Smoked and slow cooked pork shoulder with a house made BBQ sauce, coleslaw, house cut French fries, white bread and dill pickles.
